Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Products in original, unused condition with all original packaging
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Wrong items received
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the specialized nature of our products and for safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- WMK Exclusives (custom and limited edition knives)
- Knife Scales & Parts (once installed or modified)
- Used or sharpened knives
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased as part of special promotions or clearance sales
Return Process – Step by Step
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

- Include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return package.
