All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Requirements

Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Products in original, unused condition with all original packaging
  • Items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage
  • Incorrect items received
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products and for safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • WMK Exclusives (custom and limited edition knives)
  • Knife Scales & Parts (once installed or modified)
  • Used or sharpened knives
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

Return Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide:

  • Return Authorization Number
  • Shipping instructions and return address
  • Any additional instructions specific to your return

Step 3: Package Your Item

  • Include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories
  • Securely package the item to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our facility using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return package.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return: 3-5 business days
  • Refund to appear in your account: 5-10 business days after processing

Refund Method:

  • Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For eligible exchanges:
